Courtesy at Boat Ramps
Practice courtesy when recreating on the water, follow safety guidelines, and avoid power loading at boat ramps.
The term power loading refers to loading and unloading boats onto and off of their trailers by using the motor.
Power loading can cause damage to the boat, trailer, motor, and the launch ramp itself. Loading and unloading using the motor can also create large holes at the base of ramps, impacting anyone who uses the ramp and adding up to cause expensive damage.
