Operators Encouraged to Submit Proposals for Angostura Resort near Hot Springs
August 10, 2022PIERRE, S.D. – Entrepreneurs interested in operating a marina and resort on Angostura Reservoir near Hot Springs can begin submitting their proposals, South Dakota Game, Fish, and Parks (GFP) announced.
The prospectus for the operation of Angostura Resort is available online and through the Game, Fish and Parks. The prospectus details the terms and conditions under which interested operators may submit a proposal for consideration. It also includes a detailed business opportunity and a draft concession agreement. Required services include a marina, lodging cabin rental, food service, floating convenience store, and boat fuel. Proposals must be received by 3 p.m. on Oct. 4.
