  • Funding for this chair provided by the Ford Bronco “Wild Fund.”
• Outdoor Campus Rapid City
  • Chair comes with a trailer and can be utilized anywhere in the state of South Dakota.
  • Funding for this chair provided by the South Dakota Youth Hunting Adventure.
• Outdoor Campus Sioux Falls
  • Chair comes with a trailer and can be utilized anywhere in the state of South Dakota.
  • Funding for this chair provided in memory of Cathy Peterson by Steve Peterson and kids, Jessi, Kent, and Drew.

Checking Out a Trackchair®

All Trackchairs® are free to check out and can be reserved by contacting the respective location. A user waiver must be signed prior to using the chair. If a location includes a trailer for taking the chair off location, a waiver for trailer use is also required.

Chairs can be booked for up to two weeks at a time.

If utilizing a chair in a state park, note that a park entrance license is required on vehicles that enter a state park.

South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks (GFP) owns a variety of different Trackchairs®, so it is important that users review the manual prior to using the chairs in the field. Below are videos that can help with chair usage and maintenance.
