Perseid Meteor Shower and Star Party

August 10 - 11, 2019 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM CST

Location: Palisades State Park

Join us on the upper road inside Palisades State Park for a tour of the night sky. The park's telescope will be set up for visitors to see the moon and maybe even a planet. With hundreds of meteors falling, this is a great event for the whole family. Please be sure to bring along a lawn chair or blanket and limit flashlight usage unless using red light. Bug spray is recommended.
