2023 Night of Thrills and Chills

State Park: Fort Sisseton Historic State Park

Location: South Barracks

It's a night of scares at Fort Sisseton Historic State Park. Will your fears of clowns, the carnival, and of the big top scare you? Join us at our annual Haunted Fort for a trip through our Haunted Maze, enjoy a firepit rental with friends and family, sit around and listen to ghost stories from employees who have seen ghost at the Fort, and enjoy a hayrack ride through the cemetery. Dates are Oct. 13th and 14th starting at 7 p.m. You must be in line by 10:30 p.m. in order to go through the maze by 11 p.m. Cost is $5 per person, with firepits costing $40 which includes two bundles of wood. Maze may not be suitable for anyone under the age of 8 years old. For more details and to purchase tickets for the maze or fire pit check out the Fort Sisseton Facebook page.
