Liver, heart and tongue are just a few of the odd bits and pieces we will be cooking up to tease your taste buds. In an effort to use as much of a harvested animal as possible, we have been exploring tasty recipes using the less commonly used parts.  Please come with an open mind and a hungry belly. Will you be able to guess which chili has the liver in it? Will you even know that the dark chocolate brownies are made with lard?

Susan Luschas, our new volunteer instructor, has spent over a decade figuring out how to get her husband and kids to eat ALL the odd bits!
