Perseid Meteor Shower

August 12, 2022 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM CST

Location: Upper road by Balancing Rock Trail

Join us for a tour of the night sky. The park's telescope will be set up for visitors to see the moon and even a planet. With hundreds of meteors falling, this will be a great event for the whole family! Be sure to bring along lawn chairs and blankets, and limit flashlight usage unless using red light. Bug spray is recommended.
