Did you ever think you could win a fishing derby without weighing or measuring a fish?  Here's your chance!  Oakwood Lakes State Park is hosting a Kid's Facebook Fishing Tournament and the rules are simple.  1. Take a kid, 15 or under fishing at Lake Poinsett anytime between 12am on May 23rd and 11:59 on May 31st. 2. Post a picture of your child holding their big catch to the Oakwood Lakes State Park facebook page OR message Oakwood Lakes through Facebook Messenger with a picture of your angler and their fish.  3. Have Fun! One June 1st the winners will be randomly selected from the pictures we receive and will be contacted through Facebook.  The weather is getting nicer and the fish are biting. Get your gear and head to the lake!

Park License is Required.
