Join us for a picturesque sprint triathlon at Farm Island Recreation Area. Our annual event features men's, women's and team categories. Individuals will compete in the following categories: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and up; while teams will compete in a men's, women's or mixed team category. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each individual division, with medals being awarded to the top finisher in each team bracket.

The event breakdown is as follows: .4 mile swim beginning on the shore of the swim beach across the island and back, 18 mile bike ride through the park and along SD Hwy 34 and a 3.5 mile run through the park and on the island trail.

Brighly colored skullcaps and bicycle helmets are required. Registration for the event below.

Fee for this event: $30/individual and $60/team on the day of the even
