Galaxy Star Hike

State Park: Hartford Beach State Park

Location: Warming Shelter

Join us in the Warming Shelter in the day-use area for a chance to look through our telescope at distant planets or galaxies. Learn some of the more notable winter constellations and create a galaxy in a jar to take home. After we take in the night sky, we will embark on a hike through a trail by the light of the moon. Snowshoes will be provided if necessary.
