Captive Game Bird Application

There are several license types available on the Captive Game Bird Application.

License Types:

• Noncommercial Captive Game Bird License authorizes the licensee to possess, produce, and release game birds from captivity. Game birds possessed under this license may not be sold or offered for sale.  
• Resident License - $10 | Nonresident License - $20 
   
• Commercial Captive Game Bird License authorizes the licensee to possess, produce, release from captivity, sell, offer for sale, and ship game birds as provided in this chapter. 
• Resident License - $50 | Nonresident License - $100

Payment: 

Upon completion of the form below, mail the payment in the form of personal check, money order, or cashier’s check to the following address:

Expiration: 

License expires on December 31 of calendar year for which the license is issued.

Annual Report:

Licensees must complete the Commercial Captive Game Bird Annual Report, summarizing the total numbers of game birds sold in the last year. This form may be submitted at the close of your sales year or no later than February 1 of the following year. To receive a new annual captive game bird license, you must submit an application with payment and the report listing your annual bird sales.
