Archery in the Schools

The National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) is an in-school program that promotes the teaching of international-style target archery. The South Dakota NASP program is under the direction of GFP in cooperation with area schools.

All training to safely incorporate archery into the schools is provided by GFP at no charge.

Archery has been part of countless introductory programs including schools, summer camps, youth organizations and community recreational programs. Archery ranks as one of the safest activities offered in any organized group setting.

Archery ranks as a safer activity than football, basketball, baseball, and even golf and tennis.

Please contact us for more information, and join with the growing number of South Dakota schools that include NASP as part of their curriculum.
