PIERRE, S.D. - The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks (GFP) announced today that the Big Sioux River, Split Rock Creek, Skunk Creek and their tributaries in Minnehaha, Lincoln and Union counties have reopened to recreational use.
These water bodies closed in mid-March due to flooding.
Individuals are asked to use caution as water flows continue to be high.
